Performance Goals for "E-Chord Study"
Quick Start for Strumming Chords
Practice "E-Chord Study" until you can answer "yes" to the following questions:
- Are you holding the guitar correctly, using the position of your choice?
- Is your guitar tuned correctly?
- Are you using correct right-hand form to strum the strings?
- Are you playing correct chords with proper left-hand fingers and form?
- Are you strumming with a steady beat (without pausing), no matter how slowly you play?
