Apply New Skills
You have learned to play the E minor chord. Reinforce your new skills by applying them to songs you have learned.
When you play "Spanish Song," you may substitute an Em chord for the treble-string thumb sweep at the end of the song.
When you play "Spider Crawl Jam," you may strum an Em chord after you complete the last four-finger pattern.
Practice Daily
Set aside time to practice. Begin by allocating 30 minutes per day for focused practice. Try to maintain a regular practice schedule.
